Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Up to 15 days before check-in → 80% refund via original payment method OR 100% as a future credit note.
8–14 days before check-in → 50% refund.
Within 7 days of check-in → Non-refundable.

Security deposit of INR 20,000 is refundable within 7 business days after check-out (subject to no damages or violations).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment mode within 7–10 business days.
