By booking and staying at Maharajah House, guests agree to the following:

House Rules

Maximum 12 guests allowed.
This is a vegetarian-only property. Non-vegetarian food is not permitted.
Not pet-friendly.
Smoking, hookah, vapes, and cigars are permitted outdoors only.
Loud music not allowed post 10 PM.
Pool use till 10 PM only. Children under 12 must be supervised.
Guests under the influence of alcohol are not allowed in the pool.
Massages only in designated areas.
Stag bookings are not permitted.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional charges.

Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Any damage to property or amenities will be deducted from the security deposit.
Illegal activities (including drugs, firearms, or commercial shoots without permission) are strictly prohibited.

Payment

Booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
Security deposit of INR 20,000 required at the time of booking.
