House Rules – Maharajah House
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable stay for all our guests, please follow the house rules below. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these policies.
General Rules
This is not a pet-friendly property. Non-vegetarian food is strictly not allowed. The villa serves and permits only vegetarian meals. Stag bookings are not permitted.
Photography & Commercial Use
Professional photoshoots, video shoots, promotional or commercial activities are not permitted without the written consent of the owner. The property cannot be used as a backdrop for advertising or product promotion without approval.
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking, hookah, vapes, e-cigarettes, and cigars are allowed only in outdoor areas under staff supervision. Alcohol may be consumed responsibly. Guests under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to use the swimming pool for safety reasons.
Noise & Neighbourhood
Etiquette To respect our neighbours, loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM. Any disturbance caused to surrounding homes may lead to cancellation of stay without refund.
Pool & Recreation
Swimming pool is open until 10:00 PM. Children below the age of 12 may use the pool only under adult supervision. Massages are allowed only in the designated spa/massage area, not inside bedrooms.
Dining & Meals
Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Service closes at 11:00 AM. Meal orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Live barbeque, farm-to-plate dining, and special meals can be pre-booked.
Check-in, Check-out & Security
Deposit Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. A security deposit of INR 20,000 is required at the time of booking. It will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, subject to no damages or violations.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, including consumption/possession of drugs or narcotics, and carrying of firearms/weapons are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
